Create your route map
1) Create new route map
2) Enter route map name, paste FormSG URL and select email field
Please ensure that your form is open to new responses (i.e. Public) and
you have at least 1 email field in your form. This should be the email field that you want respondents' to receive a status tracking link.
3) You will be prompted to copy a unique Checkpoint email address.
4) Go to your form settings and scroll to "Emails where responses will be sent". Enter the Checkpoint email address in here.
Do note that this can only be found in Email mode forms.
By entering the Checkpoint email as a recipient, it means that Checkpoint will now receive every new form submission and perform the routing for you.
5) Go back to Checkpoint, tick the check box and press next
