My recipients did not receive the email! My runs are not appearing
Please check the following troubleshooting steps:
Form options have not been amended or deleted. We currently do not support changes to form.
Email mode form is used.
Checkpoint email is entered into FormSG's setting as a recipient.
Check junk/spam inbox as Checkpoint sends email from an internet source, so check for inbox rules and if the email is in the junk inbox.
Check if the attachments are supported:
My route map is blank!
Your route map might be blank because you have deleted the form connected to Checkpoint. Please reach out to our team to reinstate the form in the mean time.
It may also be because the form is currently not public.
Does Checkpoint support attachments?
Yes. Checkpoint supports attachments but only in the initial email.
I am unable to find "emails where responses are sent" setting
This is only available on Email mode as Checkpoint is only supported for this mode currently.
Are the email threads before I approve/reject forwarded?
Yes. Checkpoint will only automate the forwarding of email thread when we detect "approve" or "rejected" as the first word from the designated approver. You may have discussions within the email thread.
What fields in FormSG are supported for conditions?
Radio and dropdown.
Are group emails supported?
Group mailbox where you can reply directly as that email would work. However, group emails where multiple recipients are involved are not supported. The reason is because Checkpoint checks for the exact email replying. We are looking into this in future to see if it feasible.
