About Checkpoint

Checkpoint has been decommissioned as of 4 April 2025. Thank you for using Checkpoint and for your support over the years. Please use Multi-Respondent Forms (MRF) to continue routing your forms.

Checkpoint allows you to route incoming responses to the right people (and to multiple people in an approval chain) based on simple logic. It also provides status tracking for both respondents and public officers managing the requests.

Before you begin, some things to take note:

• Attachment forwarding is not supported beyond the first email from FormSG. You may reattach the attachments before approving/rejecting.

• Checkpoint supports FormSG email mode forms.

• Checkpoint supports up to Restricted and Sensitive Normal.

• Changes in FormSG are not automatically reflected on Checkpoint.
